Hi, I’m Lauren.
I’m a Mom of two boys, fire Captain wife, dog Mom, yoga instructor and finance professional. After a particularly high achieving season in my life I experienced burnout, nervous system overload, depression and constantly felt stuck in flight or fight. I began a journey to get back to my authentic self. My method is rooted in 20 years of self care discovery and how I used yoga to find my way back to me. Not Mom, not Mrs. Wehner, but Lauren.
