Rise Strong Yoga Collective was born from my own journey through burnout and being stuck in survival mode to reconnection with myself.

For years, I lived in a constant state of doing, pushing, and caring for everyone else — while losing connection to my own intuition, needs, creativity, and calm.

Yoga became more than movement. It became a path back to strength, nervous system healing, and remembering who I truly am.

Now I guide other women through that same transformation — from fight or flight into grounded strength. Let’s RISE STRONG!
